The flight I would like to take is tomorrow but GoWild! is unavailable. Why is this happening?
GoWild! fare inventory is controlled by the airline. A GoWild! Pass does not entitle you to the last few seats for sale. Expect fuller flights to be unavailable during the standard booking window. Popular dates and routes may not be available if the flight has already filled with customers paying full price.
A GoWild! Pass is designed primarily to fill otherwise unsold seats.
Airlines may also sell more tickets than there are seats available. This practice, known as overselling, is common in the airline industry. Airlines estimate how many passengers may no-show or miss a connection and may sell above the aircraft’s seating capacity. When this happens, GoWild! fares may also be unavailable.
If your travel plans are flexible, keep checking as departure approaches. GoWild! fares can reopen if capacity or booking levels change. Frontier stops selling tickets 60 minutes before departure, and check-in closes at the same time.
The GoWild! price is showing more than expected during the standard booking window. Why?
In 2025, Frontier’s system began pricing GoWild! flights according to the departure date of each individual segment.
For example, a flight departing from Orlando and connecting in Denver may not show the standard GoWild! price until every segment departs “today or tomorrow” in its own local time. That may not occur until 2:00 a.m. ET, when it becomes 12:00 a.m. MT in Denver.
The same rule applies to itineraries involving a date change. All segments must depart within one calendar day of booking.
GoWild! is showing available more than one calendar day in advance. Why?
On a promotional basis, GoWild! availability may open beyond the standard one-day domestic booking window. These promotional periods typically follow demand trends and are more common during off-peak travel dates.
Promotional GoWild! fares may allow you to purchase flights weeks, or occasionally months, in advance with $0.01 in airfare. Significant early-booking fees may apply when confirming these fares in advance.
